Videopack uses Freemius to license premium add-ons and track installations/activations of the plugin. All data collection is opt-in only and the free Videopack features work the same whether you opt in or not. For more information about the data Freemius collects, visit their Privacy & Data Tracking Concerns FAQ. If you have concerns about Freemius that aren’t addressed by opting out, you can delete the freemius folder from the video-embed-thumbnail-generator plugin folder and the plugin will function normally. However, every time you install a new Videopack update the freemius folder will be re-installed automatically and you’ll have to remove it again.
